The Normandale Foundation's general scholarship application for the 2024-25 academic year is OPEN NOW! The application will close on June 1, 2024. In addition to the general application, various departments have separate applications for their own scholarships.

This program is designed to provide eligible Minnesota residents a tuition-free pathway for earning a certificate, diploma, associate’s degree and bachelor’s degree in high-need careers. Funding comes from the State of Minnesota and is awarded to eligible students after grants and scholarships have been paid.

Looking for a way to help with the costs of starting a career in the high demand areas of healthcare, technology or education? We have a unique opportunity for you to take part in the Workforce Development Scholarship at Normandale.
Scholarships of $2,500, which is nearly half of a full-year tuition, are available to students who apply, are qualified and plan to study in the following areas:

Normandale PRISM Scholars Program is an NSF-funded program aimed at high achieving low-income students who are planning to earn a four-year degree in a STEM field. Each scholar will be assigned a faculty mentor and will receive as much as $3,750 in scholarship money each semester, for four semesters.

"The 100% American" Scholarship is for students attending a Minnesota State college or university. This scholarship is sponsored through the generosity of the Mark M. Welter Foundation.
Five $500 scholarships will be awarded for both the fall and spring semesters.

This program provides a first-dollar tuition and fee-free pathway for eligible students. This means your tuition and fees will be paid with the American Indian Scholars Program. However, because Normandale receives a limited allocation, this funding may not be available for every term or you may not receive full coverage for all terms.

Wallin Education Partners provides high school seniors with 6,000 in scholarship funding and advising and career readiness support. We strongly encourage students who are focused on getting their associate's and entering the workforce to apply for our scholarship. However, several scholarships are set aside for students who plan to transfer and earn their bachelor's degree. The priority deadline for Wallin's 2-Year Scholarship is May 15th, and students can APPLY on our website.
